- Users must be at least 18 years old.
- The Platform provides a private, trusted space for members to connect, collaborate, and share resources.
- Interaction tools, including chat and resource sharing, are available exclusively to authorized members.
- Payment is required for membership and participation in events.
- Shared resources must be non-confidential and authorized for distribution.
- Membership fees and event charges are payable via a third-party payment processor.
- By subscribing, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the Platform to process the necessary charges.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified under applicable laws.
- Members agree to act with trust, accountability, and business ethics while using the Platform.
- Prohibited activities include:
- Sharing confidential, illegal, or unauthorized materials.
- Engaging in harassment, spam, or disruptive behavior.
- Violating intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
6. Content Ownership and Sharing
- Members retain ownership of any content they upload or share on the Platform. However, by submitting content, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for the purposes of providing services.
- The Platform owns all proprietary content, design, and trademarks associated with the service.
